A big part of our work in Rwanda involves teacher training, not only in the classroom, but also in a recent Saturday workshop. It's a real testament to the teachers we're privileged to work with that they requested the workshop and were willing to give up a Saturday to improve their English and teaching skills.
Katy made sure the workshop was engaging and interactive. Having spent hundreds of hours in the classrooms with the teachers and their young pupils, she understands their challenges and is well prepared to help them excel at their jobs.
